Terms of Service

These are the plain-language rules for using Restylez. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Restylez.

1. What Restylez is

Restylez remakes and restyles designs you already own — flyers, decks, cards, social graphics and more — and builds new pieces in a look you choose. It is a tool that works on your content and your references. It is not a stock library and it is not a place to copy other people's work.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the tools. Keep your password private; anything done from your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.

3. Ownership — the one rule that matters most

You may only upload, paste or reference designs, images, logos, documents and PowerPoints that you own or have permission to use — a template you bought, your own work, your company's brand, or material you are licensed to adapt. Before every job, Restylez asks you to confirm this. When you tick that box you are promising it is true. Our full policy, including how we handle reports, is on the Copyright & ownership page.

If you upload something you don't have the right to use, that is on you, not on us. We may remove the work and close the account.

4. What you get, and what you own

The pieces Restylez makes for you are yours to use — print them, present them, post them, sell them to your own clients. We claim no ownership of your inputs or your outputs. You grant us only the limited permission we need to process your files and show your work back to you.

5. Paying for it

Restylez charges per finished piece (a flyer, a deck, an edited PowerPoint). You pay ahead by topping up your balance, and each finished job spends some of it. Prices are shown on your account page and before a job starts. A job that fails is never charged. If a job comes back wrong, we will re-run it or put the money back. During the preview period everything is free and no card is required.

6. Credits and refunds

• Anything that draws a picture costs credits: a new piece, a change to a piece before it is made, a fix round after your first free one, and each extra size. The price is on the button before you press it. Looking at previews, choosing between them, and walking away are free.
• A change and a fix are each a full redraw at full quality, and are charged as such. A job that fails is never charged.
• Your balance is spent only on Restylez work. They have no cash value and can't be transferred to another person or account.
• Money you paid for does not expire.
• Bonus money (the extra we add on some deposits) expires 12 months after it is granted. Bonus money is spent first, so it rarely goes to waste.
• Money you paid for can be refunded on request within 30 days of the deposit, if it hasn't been used. Bonus money can't be refunded.
• If you close your account, unused money you paid for within that 30-day window can be refunded on request; the rest is forfeited.

7. What we can't promise

Restylez uses AI image and text models. They are very good and occasionally wrong — a word can be misspelled, a color can drift. Always check a piece before you print or publish it. The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it beyond the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

8. Things you may not do

• Upload work you don't own or have rights to.
• Make anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Create fake logos, counterfeit brand material, or impersonate a person or company.
• Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it.

9. Ending things

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its work within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
